Our supplier is a family run operation that has been practicing the traditional techniques of curing smoked Pork Loin, Bacon's, Rib's, Sausage, and Rib Bacon's for over 50 years just as it has been done in Europe for centuries. All of the meat is cured in a mix of salt and other spices before being hung and cold smoked with hardwoods such as oak and apple. After being smoked our meat continues to dry for 4-8 weeks before being sold. Our satisfied customers include Bosnian, Croatian, and Serbians just to name a few.
